SAMPLE REPORT

As part of our engagement process, BGC provides each prospective client with a detailed Initial Assessment Report following our internal review of the proposed transaction. This report is prepared by our in-house team, with input from relevant third-party professionals where required (e.g., financial institutions, underwriters, legal advisors). The report includes the following sections:

A high-level overview of the transaction, objectives, and key considerations. 

Our preliminary view on the transaction’s viability, potential structures, and routes to execution. 

Identification of any key risks or regulatory concerns relevant to the transaction. 

A summary of proposed fees, timelines, and the scope of services should the client wish to proceed to full transaction support. 

This report serves as a foundation for informed decision-making and ensures all parties are aligned before committing to a full engagement.
